ORDER PROCESSING:‬

‭Orders placed before 12pm during business hours will be shipped within 1-2 days. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking‬ information.‬

‭DOMESTIC SHIPPING ESTIMATES:‬

Orders are shipped using Australia Post and is calculated at time of checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:‬

‭We offer international shipping to multiple countries.

Shipping‬‭ charges for your order will be calculated‬ and displayed at checkout.‬

‭Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once‬ a shipment reaches your destination country. For US Customers, these duties are paid before shipment has left and the price is included at checkout. Sanova is not responsible for these‬ charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.‬
